Chargetrip is an API-based SaaS company for EV routing. Companies in EV charging, vehicle rentals, vehicle leasing, and logistics use Chargetrip's API to build EV driver applications or license our No-Code Solutions for web apps. In short, we make software tools for companies to make EV driving easy.

About the position

Chargetrip is on a mission to accelerate the advent of sustainable transportation as mobility is a crucial catalyst in the renewable energy transition and important to all life on earth. We take special care to ensure our products look and feel amazing, are intuitive and easily adoptable. We are looking for a product designer who can design innovative solutions for technical problems that arise while building the best EV tools. You’ll be the fourth hire on our design team, and we expect you to carry out design projects from start to finish (0-1).

What you'll be working on

• ✅ Design and build new features and product improvements across our web apps, (internal) tooling, documentation, no-code solutions and more.

• ✅ Contribute, improve and extend our design systems across these platforms.

• ✅ Collaborate closely with engineering to achieve the best implementation of your solution.

• ✅ Build out our visual language while we move from start-up to scale-up.

What we’re looking for

• ✅ 3+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products across web.

• ✅ Extensive knowledge of and experience with Figma and design systems.

• ✅ A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in product design, UX design and visual design.

• ✅ Excellent at communicating your design rationale to partners and stakeholders. Even when there is not always user data to back you up.

• ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

• ✅ Give and receive feedback to improve the quality standards within our product line-up.

Application requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your product design skills.

• Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
